3. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for:

Oranhost Limited is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance.
Hosting, domains, and email services are activated only after payment has been confirmed.
Failure to renew services before the due date may result in suspension or termination.
Domain renewals are subject to registry deadlines and availability.
All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
6. Service Renewals
Customers are responsible for renewing their services before the expiration date.
Failure to renew on time may result in:
Service suspension.
Permanent deletion of hosting data after the applicable retention period.
Loss of domain ownership if renewal deadlines are missed.
Additional restoration or redemption fees where applicable.
7. Backups
While Oranhost Limited performs periodic backups on selected hosting plans, customers are strongly encouraged to maintain their own independent backups.
We cannot guarantee the recovery of data in every circumstance and are not liable for data loss caused by customer actions, software failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond our control.
8. Uptime
We strive to provide 99.9% network uptime. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
Scheduled maintenance.
Hardware failures.
Software updates.
Security incidents.
Third-party network issues.
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions.
9. Domain Registration
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the applicable domain registry and registrar.
Oranhost Limited cannot guarantee the availability of any domain name until registration has been successfully completed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their desired domain does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Oranhost Limited website, including logos, branding, graphics, software, documentation, and text, remains the property of Oranhost Limited unless otherwise stated.
Customers retain ownership of the content they upload to their hosting accounts.
11. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments remain overdue.
These Terms are violated.
Illegal activities are detected.
Customer activities threaten server stability or security.
Required information is found to be false or misleading.
Termination under these circumstances does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
12. Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with an eligible hosting service, the following refund policy applies:
Refund requests may be considered within the first 30 days of the initial purchase, subject to review and provided the service has not been abused or substantially consumed.
After 30 days from the date of purchase, no monetary refunds will be issued.
However, any eligible balance or service value after the 30-day period may, at Oranhost Limited’s discretion, be swapped or converted into another Oranhost service of equal value or used as service credit toward another service.
Domain registration fees, domain renewals, SSL certificates, software licenses, and third-party products are non-refundable, as these costs are paid directly to external providers.
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oranhost Limited shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits.
Loss of revenue.
Loss of business opportunities.
Loss or corruption of data.
Business interruption.
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the applicable billing period.
14. Force Majeure
Oranhost Limited shall not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, labor disputes, or power failures.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
